These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of consulting services by SWIM RED HANDED LTD("we", "us", "our"), registered in England & Wales under company number 13876699, with registered office at 126 Gladstone Road, London, England, SW19 1QW. By purchasing services through this website you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide information technology consultancy services (SIC 62020), including strategy, cloud, cybersecurity, software architecture, automation and audits. The specific scope, deliverables and turnaround for each service are described on the relevant service page or in your agreed quote.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are displayed on the website and may be shown in GBP, EUR or CHF. The amount charged is the amount confirmed at checkout in your selected currency. Prices reflect senior UK consultancy rates. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time of purchase.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Revolut. We do not store your card details. Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully authorised.
4. Delivery of services
We will begin delivery according to the turnaround stated for the purchased service after payment and receipt of any information we reasonably require from you. See our Delivery Policy for details.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to information, systems and personnel reasonably required for us to perform the services, and to ensure you have the authority to grant such access.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and operate under strict non-disclosure principles. Information is used solely to deliver the purchased services.
8. Liability
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
