We want you to be satisfied with our services. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply to purchases made through this website.
1. Before work begins
If you cancel an order before we have started delivering the service, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at hello@swimredhanded.com quoting your order reference.
2. After work begins
Once work has started, we will refund any portion of the fee that relates to work not yet performed, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred. Completed work and delivered reports are non-refundable.
3. Subscriptions and packages
Monthly packages can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. You will not be charged for the following billing cycle after notice is given. The current month remains payable.
4. Faulty or non-conforming services
If a delivered service does not conform to the agreed scope, we will first attempt to remedy it. Where we cannot, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (where applicable).
5. How refunds are made
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Revolut, typically within 5–10 business days. Refunds are made in the currency of the original transaction.
