SWIM RED HANDED LTD provides professional IT consultancy services. As our services are delivered digitally and/or remotely, no physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how and when services are delivered.
1. Service delivery
After your payment is confirmed, we contact you within one business day to schedule your engagement and request any information required. Each service page states an estimated turnaround (for example, "report delivered within 10 business days").
2. Digital deliverables
Reports, roadmaps, architecture diagrams and other written deliverables are provided electronically (typically PDF) by email or a secure link.
3. Remote and on-site delivery
Consulting is delivered remotely by default. On-site delivery within the London area is available as an add-on and will be scheduled by mutual agreement.
4. Timelines
Priority and Express timelines selected in the quote calculator are reflected in the price and shorten the start/turnaround as described at the time of purchase. Timelines depend on timely receipt of information and access from you.
